Climate Action 20/25 background report

This report, published in May 2020, looked at the engagement among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in climate action. It identified and analysed the limitations of the system, and detailed the barriers to action and how these might be overcome. It also showcased a selection of SMEs taking climate action. This report led to the development of our Climate Action 20/25 programme and the launch of the Climate Action Toolbox.
